The location is clean and feels nice. Staff is very friendly and good at making you feel comfortable. They check in on you during the MRI to make sure you’re doing alright. Getting an MRI can be a hard experience for someone with claustrophobia and they do their best to make it as easy as possible. I would recommend Burbank Open MRI to anyone who needs one. Plus, you get a cd with your brain on it!

I had an appointment at 6:50 for MRI I got there at 6:45 including changing my clothes doing the paperwork waiting at the end to get a copy of my CD I was out of there by 7:23 it was a great experience and everyone was very professional

First time doing an MRI and as scary as it was for me, Maricio ( I believe was his name) was so great at calming me and ensuring me it is an easy process. He was gentle in his tone and had a great soft energy. I was happy with his service and would recommend to anyone else in need.
